UNITED ALL, WE WILL MANAGE TO HEAL SEBASTIÁN AND CORRECT THE DEFICIENCIES OF THE IOOB!
I also appeal to the judicial authorities to take into account the merits and human and humanitarian quality, to the status of Ad Honorem surgeon of Dr.. Moreno and act with wisdom and restraint in this case !. ElDr. Moreno did not have the help of a “SAFE SURGERY SUPERVISOR”, and today he would not be in this serious situation that has undermined his health to the point that he is with a pre-infarction admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of the CNS Hospital., where Dr. Works.
