Adopt or have TWO SURGICAL SAFETY PROTOCOLS:

A. The official in charge of being the one who checks as “Surgical Safety Supervisor” (Surgical Surveillance).
B. The Protocol applied by the surgical team called “Control Procedure before Starting Surgery” ( =Procedure Time Out).

3. The type of errors: operate on an organ, tumor or hernia, etc, from the wrong side, you leave tweezers, gauze, compresses inside the patient ARE REDUCED BY 99.9%, These types of errors practically disappear with the “Surgical Safety Supervisor” (Surgical Surveillance) and the Control Procedure before Starting the Surgery ( =Procedure Time Out).
